Consider/Approve Bid for Single Ply Roof Replacement at Black Oak Elementary

Background Information:

In addition to advertising, we solicited bids for single ply roof replacement at Black Oak Elementary (specifications attached). We received bids from two (2) companies, which are summarized on the bid request tally sheet. Individual bids were as follows:

Allen Searcy Builder-Contractor

Watson Roofing

 

Staff Recommendation:

I recommend approval of the lowest bid that meets all the specifications.
